Island is Approximately 30 miles from Charlevoix. It can be reached
by private of charter boat.

The Squaw Island Lighthouse was established in 1892. The Squaw Island
light station has benn being restored since 1993.
The octagonal red brick tower stands attached to keeper's quarters.
The island is privately owned in its enirety, and landing on the island
would therefore be considered trespassing.
