Driving Directions:
M-22 North through Leelanau Peninsula to M-201 through Northport,
hit 640 interchange for 5 miles to M-629 to Leelanau State Park.

Grand Traverse Lighthouse was established in 1853. The square/integral building has a lantern mounted on top of its roof. The light is no longer active, and has been replaced by an automated light nearby. It is now a museum and gift shop.
